1. Who these terms are with

This website is run by Adekunle Okunade, trading as HY MAX SOLUTIONS (Business name registration no. 9702099, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria), in Lagos, Nigeria. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Information, not advice

Articles, tutorials, videos and case studies are shared for general information and learning. They are not professional, financial, legal or investment advice, and you should check anything important against official sources before relying on it. Content marked as a sample uses invented data to show a layout or method, and does not describe a real business.

3. Downloadable resources and templates

• You may use free resources and templates for your own personal or business work, including work for your clients.
• You may not sell them, repackage them, claim them as your own, or share the files for download elsewhere. Please send people to this website instead.
• Resources are provided as they are. I test them with care, but I cannot promise they suit your situation or are free of errors. Check the results before you rely on them, especially for money decisions.
• Anything you enter into a template stays on your own computer. I do not receive it.
• Receiving a resource by email needs your consent, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Consulting and project work

Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement or quote that sets out what I will deliver, the price, the timeline and who owns the finished work. If you are an employer or client, please do not send confidential company or customer data through the website forms.

5. Ownership

The text, designs, code, templates and other material on this site belong to Adekunle Okunade or are used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Please ask before reproducing more.

6. Other websites and embedded content

The site links to, and can show content from, other companies such as YouTube and Microsoft. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

7. Fair use of the site

Please do not try to break, overload or scan the site, send spam through its forms, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Limits on my responsibility

The site and its content are provided as they are, without promises that they will always be available, accurate or up to date. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that come from using the site or its resources, including indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go elsewhere.
