Team Rank Board
An Excel scoreboard that ranks people or teams by how much of their target they have reached. Type in targets and results, and the board re-ranks itself with status labels, team standings and a chart.

Team leads, sales and collections managers, and small business owners who want a clear, fair league table without building one from scratch.
The problem it solves
Results sit in a list that is sorted by hand, so it is hard to see who is ahead, who is close and who needs support, and the ranking is out of date by the time it is shared.

How to use it
- On the Data sheet, replace the sample rows (they are made up) with your own names, teams, targets and actual results.
- On the Settings sheet, rename the teams and, if you like, change the Star, On target and Close lines.
- On the Rank Board sheet, choose a team in the yellow Team view box and type a label in the Period box.
